Deep Tissue Massage - A technique designed to relieve severe tension in the muscle and the connective tissue or fascia. It focuses on the muscles located below the surface of the top muscles. It is often recommended for individuals who experience consistent pain, are involved in heavy physical activity (eg. athletes), and patients who have sustained physical injury.

Tui Na – Tui Na is the traditional system of Chinese-style physical therapy or massage. Often used in conjunction with acupuncture, Tui Na uses kneading, pressing, rolling and stretching of the body to regulate Qi and blood flow and improve the function of tendons, bones and joints.

Acupressure (Shiatsu, Zhi Ya )– A Japanese form of
bodywork, Shiatsu involves using one’s fingers, palms, elbows or knees to apply sustained pressure to acupuncture points and areas of muscle tension. Shiatsu acts to stimulate Qi and generate a deep sense of harmony and relaxation.
